Heat
Fifteen minutes on the top bench of the hot cedar sauna, a HUUM stone heater doing the work. Kookaburras somewhere in the scrub, the point doing its thing below.
Cold
Straight into Frederick Henry Bay from the private beach, or under the outdoor rinse if the tide says no. The cold is the point — literally, overlooking Inside Mays Point.
Rest
Wrapped up on the deck with the bay in front of you. Then back in. Ninety minutes goes the way it should.
